Why do I meditate?

Meditation isn’t just a way to clear my mind, or to feel happier.


It’s not a religious practice, or a cult of any kind.


And it’s definitely not easy, no matter how many times I’ve done it previously.


Meditation is a way to uncover my deepest thoughts and questions in my life that routinely gets washed over by the wave of distractions throughout the day.


Without mediation, I wouldn't be able to focus on what's most important to me.
