Move it!

If you’re reading this and you’re feeling sad, anxious or stressed, I challenge you to move your body.
Dance, hike, walk, swim, run, jump, skip, box, kick, stretch, or flail your arms in the air violently, even if it’s just for a minute.
It may not fix all of life’s problems, but I can almost guarantee that it’ll improve your mood, even if it’s just by a little bit.
